Cobain

Cobain was a male Boerbol that was born in 2023. His owner brought him to vet to be euthanized because he didn't have the money to keep feeding me. The vet thought he deserved a second chance due to his demeanor and age, so he called UST! When Cobain came to us, he was severely underweight, had swollen feet, a bad ear infection, and really painful skin sores... Despite that, he was sweet as can be and great with other animals! We spent nearly an entire year working to get to the bottom of his constant health issues, but despite exhausting every option, Cobain succumbed to an autoimmune disease.

Cobain lost his fight in June of 2026. He was surrounded by love and all the snacks he wasn't supposed to have before he passed. He has left a Boerbol-sized hole in all of our hearts.
