Bruce

Hi, my name is Bruce Almighty! I am a male Bully mix that was born March of 2021. I am a family-friendly dog who loves kids and gets along well with other dogs of all sizes and personalities. I used to have a lot of anxiety in my crate which came out as aggression, but we’ve been working really hard to change that! I am quite comfortable in my crate now as long as I have a bone or two to chew on. I'm going to need a family who will help remind me that the crate isn't a bad place to be.

 

My foster mom calls me "thicc with two C's," but don't let my size fool you... I can pretty easily jump a 4 foot fence and also know how to open chain link gate latches. I don't run AWAY though. I've only ever opened a gate because I don’t want to be outside anymore and I'm trying to find a way back into the air conditioning! I'm definitely an INDOOR dog!

My trainer says I come "preinstalled" with basic obedience skills: I know how to walk nicely on a leash, I know my name, and I'm also very familiar with basic commands like sit, down, come, stay, and place! I am VERY food motivated and can easily learn so many more cool tricks. I am looking for my forever home!
